Mother's Day Fun

This Mother's Day definitely topped the last. I decided that I really wanted to go on a picnic, one because I love being outdoors, and two because that gives Ms. B something fun to do so that we don't have to work so hard to keep her happy. She was thrilled to have so many things to look at and do - like watch the fish in the pond, play on the playground, etc. We went to a giant park in Oak Brook that had pretty much anything you could ask for. We ate White Fence Farm chicken on this lovely patio, and the weather was gorgeous - 60s and partly cloudy. After we ate we played with Anna on the playground, then we decided to check out one of the other playgrounds. It was huge, and it had a really neat beach theme. Part of the rubber ground was blue, with some of it being brown to represent the sand. The playground was shaped like a ship too! It was very cool, and even Tim and I had a nice time there! Anna had a great time, but that goes without saying. "Bebows" are probably her favorite place in the whole world!

Tim surprised me also by getting up early and cleaning out my car. That was an awesome present, because I knew that it took a lot for him to get up and do it. Also, it's something that I wanted to do but didn't want to put forth the effort to do. I'm really happy with it! So a wonderful day for everyone!!
